We come look at the roof. If you already have an estimate, send it with the form.
01 The MATCHWORK™ Standard
A well-planned roof considers the home as a whole: the materials, the details at walls and chimneys, and the way water leaves the building.
Help choosing shingle colors and styles that work with your brick, stone, siding, and trim.
The CertainTeed Integrity Roof System plus the deck work, edge metal and flashing every roof needs. Your proposal lists every part.
Protecting your landscaping, siding and driveway, and cleaning up afterward, are part of the job.
Roofing, siding, gutters, and masonry handled by one company, so the places where they meet, like flashing, drip edge, and chimney counter-flashing, are detailed together.
02 Exterior Services
MATCHWORK™ Roofing & Exteriors provides three exterior trades beyond the roof.
MATCHWORK™ Roofing & Exteriors replaces and repairs siding as part of a roof project or on its own.
MATCHWORK™ Roofing & Exteriors replaces and repairs gutter systems, installs gutter guards that keep leaves and debris out, and can include both in a roofing estimate.
Brick and stone take the same weather the roof does, and over the years chimneys, front steps and walls start to crack and crumble. MATCHWORK™ Roofing & Exteriors repairs and restores exterior masonry, from chimney crowns, tuckpointing and weather sealing to brick front steps, and can quote it with a roof or on its own.

05 Storm Damage
After wind or hail, MATCHWORK™ inspects and photographs every item of damage, writes the full scope as a line-by-line estimate, meets your adjuster on the roof, and shows where the carrier's estimate falls short. A sample of your shingle can go to an independent lab such as ITEL to identify the product and confirm whether it is still made.

Ohio Adm. Code 3901-1-54(I)(1)(b)
“When an interior or exterior loss requires replacement of an item and the replaced item does not match the quality, color or size of the item suffering the loss, the insurer shall replace as much of the item as to result in a reasonably comparable appearance.”
Weathered shingles and discontinued products mean a spot repair often will not match. When it will not, we document the mismatch and put this rule in front of your carrier. That documentation is our work, and we do not hand it to you to carry alone.
For policies that pay on a replacement cost basis.
